Who this is for:

This work is for anyone who wants to move out of feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected and is ready for a different way forward-one that supports lasting change from the inside out by understanding thoughts, emotions, and patterns that no longer serve you.

You may be:

  • navigating chronic or complex health conditions and feeling frustrated by ongoing symptoms

  • living in a constant state of stress, burnout, or “survival mode”

  • finding it hard to slow down, rest, or feel safe in your body

  • a parent/carer supporting a child or teen while trying to manage your own capacity

  • noticing patterns of overthinking, emotional overwhelm, or shutdown

  • wanting more calm, connection and/or to feel more in control of daily life

  • wanting to make lifestyle changes to improve wellbeing

  • feeling lost and wanting clarity, direction, or purpose.

This work also support children, teens, and families who need developmentally attuned support to understand emotions, regulate their nervous system, and build sustainable coping strategies.

Evidenced informed mindful coaching that supports sustainable change by helping you understand your thoughts, emotions, and bodily experiences — so you can move with clarity, confidence, and intention.

When you shift from within, everything changes because growth becomes becomes embodied, integrated, and lasting.

  • Explore your values and patterns that keep you stuck.

  • Shift what no longer serves you.

  • Take aligned action-and move toward greater ease and quality of life.

Meet the coach: Dr Rani Jacobs

Dr Rani Jacobs (BSc, Grad. Dip Child & Adolescent Psychology, PhD; mindbodygreen health coach)

AHPRA Registration: PSY0001123237

I’m Rani, a licensed psychologist in Australia and a health & wellbeing coach in the United States. I hold a PhD in behavioral psychology and bring a combined background in research and clinical practice, with a strong focus on evidence-based, science-informed coaching.

Over the past two decades, I’ve supported individuals navigating complex emotional and health challenges. My work bridges the gap between therapy and sustainable behavior change, helping clients move forward in a way that feels safe, realistic, and aligned with their lives.

Alongside my professional training, my perspective is also informed by a lived understanding of how stress, health, and the nervous system interact. This deepens my commitment to working in a way that is compassionate, collaborative, and non-judgmental.

At the core of my work is supporting people to move out of survival mode, rebuild trust in their body, and create sustainable change over time.

How coaching can help

Coaching is a collaborative, experiential process that helps you reconnect with your inner wisdom so you can:

  • Gain clarity about values, priorities, and direction

  • Identify and breakdown barriers to long-term wellbeing

  • Develop a mindset aligned with where you want to go, not where you are right now (drawing on cognitive behavioral coaching principles)

  • Learn how to understand what your body is communicating (somatic awareness/introception)

  • Create your personalized plan that reflects your motivations, circumstances, and capacity

  • Take practical steps toward meaningful and sustainable progress

  • Navigate challenges with compassion and effective strategies.

Experience is our most powerful teacher. The knowledge gained from experience becomes part of you. This embodied knowledge cannot be forgotten and is yours to return to again and again, to improve all areas of your life.
